So what is an Open Educational Resource, an OER for short? A OER is a way to allow wide range access to a range of digital education materials that are free of restrictions such as copyright. Anyone can copy, use, adapt and re-share them. By using OERs you can adapt them to be relevant to your place of work or to the place you plan to use it. It saves time as the work has already been done for you. Most places only require you to give appropriate credit and that if you do change anything that you let them know. Such as when using the SSSC OER they ask that you give credit, provide a link and indicate any changes made.
